Left panel, analysis of Bcl-2 BH3 domain exposure in HEK293 cells transfected with a plasmid coding for a DNA-binding domain-deleted construct of Nur77 (GFP-Nur77/dDBD) by using AP1303a antibody for immunoprecipitation (IP) and a different Bcl-2 antibody for western blot. Right panel, same analysis using AP1303a in flow cytometry. Data courtesy Dr Quan Chen, Chinese Acadamy of Sciences. |
Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human hepatocarcinoma tissue reacted with Bcl-2 BH3 Domain Antibody, which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry; clinical relevance has not been evaluated. |
