We consult with you to design the best peptides for this application, creating unique and high-titer antibodies. This 16-week protocol produces 2 – 10 mg of peptide-affinity purified antibody.
16-week protocol includes the following :

- Peptide synthesis (modification-specific and control peptides are synthesized)
- HPLC purification to 90% purity, LCMS
- Peptide-KLH conjugation
- Immunization of two specific pathogen free (SPF) New Zealand rabbits
