Net 30 days after shipment in U.S. dollars. All orders are subject to final acceptance by Abgent at the prices in effect at the time of shipment. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Conditions
Abgent products are intended for research use only and are not to be used for any other purposes including, but not limited to, unauthorized commercial purposes, in vitro diagnostic purposes, ex vivo or in vivo therapeutic purposes, investigational use, in foods, drugs, devices or cosmetics of any kind, or for consumption by or use in connection with or administration or application to humans or animals. You acknowledge that the goods have not been tested by or for us for safety or efficacy, unless expressly stated in our catalogues or on the label or other documentation accompanying the goods.
Product Availability and Delivery
Unless otherwise specified, shipping and handling charges are prepaid and added, F.O.B origin. Other options are available upon request.
Domestic orders for in-stock catalog items received Monday through Thursday before 1 PM (PST) will be shipped out the same day for delivery the following day. Orders placed after 1 PM (PST) will ship out the next business day. Domestic orders are not shipped on Friday, with the exception of room-temperature products.
International orders from countries without distributors received before 1 PM will be shipped out the same day. Orders placed after 1 PM (PST) will ship out the next business day. International shipments cannot be shipped on Wednesday (excluding Canadian orders) or Thursday. Please inquire with the customer service department for shipping charges.
Limited Product Warranty
Any product that does not meet the performance standards stated in the product specification sheet will be replaced at no charge. This warranty limits our liability to the replacement of the product. No other warranties of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are provided by Abgent. Abgent shall have no liability for any direct, indirect, consequential or incidental damages arising out of the use, the results of use or the inability to use any product.
RETURNS
In the case of a purchasing error or a change in the order after the order has been shipped, Abgent will charge a 10% restocking fee (with the exception of catalog products beginning with AT, for which orders cannot be canceled and no returns are accepted). The fee applies only to unopened, properly stored items that are authorized for return. All shipping costs are to be paid by customer.
