|Other Names||P-selectin glycoprotein ligand 1, PSGL-1, Selectin P ligand, CD162, SELPLG|
|Target/Specificity||Mouse anti-Human CD162, clone 3E2.25.5 recognises the human CD162 cell surface glycoprotein, a 120 kDa molecule also known as P-Selectin Glycoprotein Ligand I (PSGL-1).CD162 is the major counter receptor for P-selectin and is involved in neutrophil attachment and rolling to endothelium. In peripheral blood CD162 is expressed by monocytes, granulocytes, T cells and some B cells.Mouse anti-Human CD162, clone 3E2.25.5 is a blocking antibody, inhibiting PSGL-1 and P-selectin interaction. Removal of the preservative is recommended prior to use in functional assays - The use of Slide-A-Lyser® dialysis cassette (EQU003) is recommended for this purpose.|
