|Other Names||P-selectin glycoprotein ligand 1, PSGL-1, Selectin P ligand, CD162, SELPLG|
|Target/Specificity||Mouse anti-Human CD162 antibody, clone TB5 recognizes human CD162, a 110 kDa cell surface glycoprotein also known as P-selectin glycoprotein ligand (PSGL-1). CD162 is expressed on neutrophils, monocytes and most T cells. CD162 binds to CD62P with high affinity and to CD62E but with lower affinity. CD162 mediates rolling of leucocytes on endothelium.|
