|Target/Specificity||Rat anti-Mouse CD24 antibody, clone M1/69 recognizes murine CD24, also known as heat stable antigen. CD24 is a ~35-45 kDa cell surface glycoprotein that is variably glycosylated. The M1/69 antigen is differentially expressed by developing haematopoietic cells including B-cells, myeloid precursors, thymocytes and erythroid cells. CD24 is not expressed by mouse peripheral T-cells and is a marker of haematopoietic differentiation in both B- and T-cell lineages.Rat anti-Mouse CD24 antibody, clone M1/69 has been reported to agglutinate mouse red blood cells (RBCs) and to lyse mouse RBCs and thymocytes in the presence of complement (Springer.et al.1978).|
