Clone X75 recognizes epitope specificity group B (ISOBM classification) similar to M-11.CA-125 is a serum marker, overexpressed in epithelial ovarian cancer cells and is routinely used for patient monitoring. CA-125 was originally identified by Bast et al. using a monoclonal antibody developed against the ovarian cancer cell line OVCA433 (Bastet al.1981).Mouse anti-Human CA125 antibody, clone X75 has been sucessfully used as both a capture reagent and a detection reagent for the development of sensitive ELISA assays for the measurement of CA125 in human plasma samples.|
