Type I collagen is a fibril-forming collagen found in most connective tissues and is abundant in tendons, skin, artery walls and scar tissue. Rabbit anti-Dog collagen I/III also recognises collagen type III, a fibrillar collagen that is found in extendable connective tissues such as skin, lung, uterus, intestine and the vascular system and is produced by immature fibroblasts before the tougher type I.Rabbit anti-Dog collagen I/III shows strong reactivity with both collagens I and III whilst demonstrating low reactivity with other canine collagens and serum proteinsDog collagen type I100%Dog collagen type III100%Dog collagen type II|
