|Application ||WB, E|
|Calculated MW||56782 Da|
|Purification||Antisera to human PDIA3 were raised by repeated immunisations of goats with highly purified antigen. Purified IgG was prepared from whole serum by affinity chromatography.|
|Immunogen||Peptide sequence C-EEKPKKKKKAQEDL corresponding to the C-terminus of PDIA3 (NP_05304).|
|Shelf Life||18 months from date of despatch.|
|Other Names||Protein disulfide-isomerase A3, 22.214.171.124, 58 kDa glucose-regulated protein, 58 kDa microsomal protein, p58, Disulfide isomerase ER-60, Endoplasmic reticulum resident protein 57, ER protein 57, ERp57, Endoplasmic reticulum resident protein 60, ER protein 60, ERp60, PDIA3, ERP57, ERP60, GRP58|
|Target/Specificity||ABD10904 recognises protein disulphide isomerase family A, member 3 (PDIA3) a 55 kDa protein of the endoplasmic reticulum. PDIA3 interacts with lectin chaperones calreticulin and calnexin, modulating folding of newly synthesized glycoproteins by promoting the formation of disulphide bonds.PDIA3 expressed on the mouse sperm head is involved in sperm-egg fusion.|
|Preservative & Stabilisers||0.02% Sodium Azide; 0.5% Bovine Serum Albumin;|
|Storage||Store at +4℃ or at -20 ℃.|
|Precautions||Anti-PDIA3 (C-Terminal) Antibody is for research use only and not for use in diagnostic or therapeutic procedures.|
