|Other Names||Trace amine-associated receptor 1, TaR-1, Trace amine receptor 1, TAAR1, TA1, TAR1, TRAR1|
|Target/Specificity||Rabbit anti-Human TAAR1 antibody recognizes an epitope within Trace amine associated receptor 1 (TAAR1), a G protein-coupled receptor activated by trace amines; endogenous amine compounds present in the mammalian nervous system in trace amounts. TAAR1 may also be activated by metabolites of biogenic amine neurotransmitters including amphetamine-related psychostimulants. TAAR1 is a potentially important target for methamphetamine addiction.|
