Target/Specificity Rabbit anti-Human Artemin antibody recognizes human Artemin, a disulfide-linked homodimer and member of the GDNF (glial cell line-derived neurotrophic factor) family of ligands, and cysteine-knot superfamily of growth factors, which shares structural homology with GDNF, Persephin and Neurturin.Artemin acts as a neurotrophic survival and differentiation factor for all peripheral ganglia, and mainly signals through binding to the GDNF-family receptor known as GFR-alpha-3, which then forms a complex with the tyrosine kinase transmembrane signalling receptor RET.
Preservative & Stabilisers Preservative Free
Storage Prior to reconstitution store at +4℃. Following reconstitution store at -20℃.
PrecautionsAnti-Human Artemin Antibody is for research use only and not for use in diagnostic or therapeutic procedures.
