|Shelf Life||18 months from date of despatch.|
|Other Names||Sodium/glucose cotransporter 4, Na(+)/glucose cotransporter 4, hSGLT4, Solute carrier family 5 member 9, SLC5A9, SGLT4|
|Target/Specificity||ABD10992 recognises sodium dependent glucose transporter 4 (SGLT4), also known as SLC5A9, a 76 kDa member of the solute carrier family. It is a transmembrane protein, expressed in the small intestine, liver and kidney. SGLT4 functions as a low affinity, Na+ dependent, alpha-methyl-D-glucopyranoside (AMG) transporter. Mannose, glucose and fructose inhibit this transport activity. SGLT4 is also thought to be involved in the absorption and/or reabsorption of Mannose, glucose, 1,5-anhydro-D-glucitol and fructose.|
|Preservative & Stabilisers||0.09% Sodium Azide (NaN3)|
|Storage||Store at +4℃ or at -20 ℃.|
|Precautions||Anti-Human SLC5A9 Antibody is for research use only and not for use in diagnostic or therapeutic procedures.|
