|Other Names||Class II histocompatibility antigen, B-L beta chain, HB2L|
|Target/Specificity||ABD11028 specifically recognises human moesin (membrane-organizing extension spike protein), a member of the ezrin, radixin, moesin (ERM) protein family, which acts as a linker protein between the plasma membrane and the actin cytoskeleton, and as a signal transducer in responses involving cytoskeletal remodelling. Moesin is localized to cytoplasmic projections (filopodia) which extend from the leading edge of migrating cells, which play a key role in cell movement, signaling and cell-cell recognition.|
