Other Names Radixin, RDX
Target/Specificity Goat anti-Human Radixin antibody recognizes human radixin, a 583 amino acid inner leaf cell membrane protein bearing a single FERM domain, a member of the ezrin, radixin, moesin (ERM) protein family. Radixin is involved in cytoskeletal anchoring playing a crucial role as a linker protein between the plasma membrane and the barbed end of the actin cytoskeleton (Salleset al.2013).Radixin shares high sequence homology with both ezrin and moesin, and studies have shown a high concentration of radixin at cell-to-cell adherens junctions (AJ), and at cleavage furrows during cytokinesis (Tsukitaet al.1989).
Preservative & Stabilisers 0.02% Sodium Azide (NaN3); 0.5% Bovine Serum Albumin;
Storage Store at +4℃ or at -20 ℃.
PrecautionsAnti-Human Radixin Antibody is for research use only and not for use in diagnostic or therapeutic procedures.
