|Target/Specificity||Rabbit anti-Human deltex antibody recognises human E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase DTX1, also known as Deltex-1, a regulator of the Notch signalling pathway. Though mainly a positive regulator of Notch, it may also act as a negative regulator, depending on the developmental and cell context. It is involved in neurogenesis, lymphogenesis and myogenesis and promotes B cell development.|
