Immunogen Peptide corresponding to amino acids 722-740 at the C-terminus of human DAXX
Shelf Life 18 months from date of despatch.
Gene ID 1616
Other Names Death domain-associated protein 6, Daxx, hDaxx, ETS1-associated protein 1, EAP1, Fas death domain-associated protein, DAXX, BING2, DAP6
Target/Specificity ABD11306 recognises a novel Fas binding protein that has been designated DAXX. DAXX binds specifically to the death domain of Fas and enhances Fas induced apoptosis and activates the Jun N-terminal kinase (JNK) pathway. DAXX is widely expressed in both foetal and adult tissues. This antibody recognises a 120kD major band of DAXX protein in Western blotting of HeLa cell lysates.
Preservative & Stabilisers 0.02% Sodium Azide
Storage Store at +4℃ or at -20 ℃.
PrecautionsAnti-DAXX (C-Terminal) Antibody is for research use only and not for use in diagnostic or therapeutic procedures.
