|Application ||WB, IHC-F|
|Calculated MW||36522 Da|
|Purification||Antisera to DFF were raised by repeated immunisation of rabbits with highly purified antigen. Purified IgG prepared by ion exchange chromatography.|
|Immunogen||Peptide from C-terminus of human DFF|
|Shelf Life||18 months from date of despatch.|
|Other Names||DNA fragmentation factor subunit alpha, DNA fragmentation factor 45 kDa subunit, DFF-45, Inhibitor of CAD, ICAD, DFFA, DFF1, DFF45|
|Target/Specificity||ABD11307 recognises the 45kD chain of a heterodimeric apoptosis related protein designated DFF (DNA fragmentation factor). DFF-45 is a substrate for Caspase-3, which cleaves the protein at two sites to generate factors that cause DNA fragmentation.ABD11307 recognises both intact DFF-45 and cleaved fragments at the C-terminus.|
