Additional Information
Purification Antisera to human XPA were raised by repeated immunisation of rabbits with highly purified antigen.
Immunogen Recombinant human XPA
Shelf Life 18 months from date of despatch.
Gene ID 7507
Other Names DNA repair protein complementing XP-A cells, Xeroderma pigmentosum group A-complementing protein, XPA, XPAC
Target/Specificity ABD11316 recognises the human DNA repair associated protein designated XPA (Xeroderma pigmentosum A).XPA is a zinc finger protein of 31kD, although it demonstrates an electophoretic mobility of 40-42kD doubled. XPA is involved in the nucleotide excision repair process.ABD11316 recognises both normal and recombinant XPA, and shows no cross reactivity with other XP proteins.
Preservative & Stabilisers 0.09% Sodium Azide
Storage Store at +4℃ or at -20 ℃.
PrecautionsAnti-Human XPA Antibody (Serum) is for research use only and not for use in diagnostic or therapeutic procedures.
