Additional Information
Purification Antisera to murine CIDE-B (CT) were raised by repeated immunisation of rabbits with highly purified antigen. Purified IgG prepared by affinity chromatography.
Immunogen Synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 204-219 of mouse CIDE-B
Shelf Life 18 months from date of despatch.
Gene ID 12684
Other Names Cell death activator CIDE-B, Cell death-inducing DFFA-like effector B, Cideb
Target/Specificity ABD11341 recognises murine CIDE-B (cell death inducing DFF-like effector A), a protein with homology to the N-terminal region of DFF45 (ICAD). CIDE-B expression has been reported to induce apoptosis in mammalian cells, which is inhibited by DFF45.ABD11341 recognises an epitope within the C-terminal region of CIDE-B and does not cross react with CIDE-A.
Preservative & Stabilisers 0.02% Sodium Azide
Storage Store at +4℃ or at -20 ℃.
PrecautionsAnti-Mouse CIDE-B (aa204-219) Antibody is for research use only and not for use in diagnostic or therapeutic procedures.
