Additional Information
Purification Antisera to NCF1 were raised by repeated immunisations of goats with highly purified antigen. Purified IgG was prepared from whole serum by affinity chromatography.
Immunogen Peptide sequence CSESTKRKLASAV corresponding to the C-terminus of NCF1 (NP_000256).
Shelf Life 18 months from date of despatch.
Gene ID 653361
Other Names Neutrophil cytosol factor 1, NCF-1, 47 kDa autosomal chronic granulomatous disease protein, 47 kDa neutrophil oxidase factor, NCF-47K, Neutrophil NADPH oxidase factor 1, Nox organizer 2, Nox-organizing protein 2, SH3 and PX domain-containing protein 1A, p47-phox, NCF1, NOXO2, SH3PXD1A
Target/Specificity ABD11387 recognises neutrophil cytosolic factor 1 (NCF1), a 47kD cytosolic subunit of the multi-protein complex known as NADPH oxidase. Expression of NCF1 is restricted to granulocytes, monocytes and B lymphocytes. Defects in NCF1 have been reported to be a cause of autosomal recessive chronic granulomatous disease.
Preservative & Stabilisers 0.02% Sodium Azide; 0.5% Bovine Serum Albumin;
Storage Store at +4℃ or at -20 ℃.
