|Immunogen||Synthetic peptide corresponding to a region within human RAD17 located between residues 325 and 375 (locus link ID 5884).|
|Shelf Life||18 months from date of despatch.|
|Other Names||Cell cycle checkpoint protein RAD17, hRad17, RF-C/activator 1 homolog, RAD17, R24L|
|Target/Specificity||Goat anti-Human RAD17 antibody recognizes human Cell cycle checkpoint protein RAD17, also known as RAD17 or RF-C/activator 1 homolog. RAD17 is a 681 amino acid ~87 kDa cell cycle checkpoint protein required for activation of checkpoint signaling pathways in response to stalled replication forks and DNA damage. Phosphorylation of RAD17 is cell cycle regulated and is required for G1/S checkpoint activation in response to DNA damage.Four potential isoforms of RAD17 may be made by alternative splicing, Goat anti-Human RAD17 antibody is expected to recognize all isoforms of human RAD17.|
|Preservative & Stabilisers||0.09% Sodium Azide|
|Storage||Store at +4℃ or at -20 ℃.|
|Precautions||Anti-Human RAD17 Antibody is for research use only and not for use in diagnostic or therapeutic procedures.|
