|Target/Specificity||Rabbit anti-Human RAD17 (pSer645) antibody recognizes human RAD17 which is phosphorylated at Ser645.RAD17 is a cell cycle checkpoint protein required for activation of checkpoint signaling pathways in response to stalled replication forks and DNA damage. RAD17 is phosphorylated on Ser635 and Ser645 is response to DNA damage and replication inhibitors. Phosphorylation at these residues is also reported in undamaged cycling cells during S and G2/M (Postet al.2001).|
