|Target/Specificity||Rabbit anti-phosphorylated CDC2 antibody recognizes Cyclin-dependent kinase 1, also known as Cell division control protein 2 homolog, CDC2, CDK1 or p34 protein kinase. Rabbit anti-phosphorylated CDC2 antibody recognizes CDC2 only when phosphorylated at Tyr15.CDC2 is a serine kinase which plays an important role in the regulation of the cell cycle, mediating progression from G2 to M phase. Phosphorylation of tyrosine 15 results in inactivation of CDC2.|
