|Calculated MW||34095 Da|
|Purification||Antisera to phosphorylated CDC2 were raised by repeated immunisations of rabbits with highly purified antigen. Purified IgG was prepared by affinity chromatography.|
|Immunogen||Synthetic phosphopeptide corresponding to an amino acid sequence within CDC2 which includes phosphorylated Tyr15.|
|Shelf Life||12 months from date of reconstitution.|
|Other Names||Cyclin-dependent kinase 1, CDK1, 220.127.116.11, 18.104.22.168, Cell division control protein 2 homolog, Cell division protein kinase 1, p34 protein kinase, CDK1, CDC2, CDC28A, CDKN1, P34CDC2|
|Target/Specificity||Rabbit anti-phosphorylated CDC2 antibody recognizes Cyclin-dependent kinase 1, also known as Cell division control protein 2 homolog, CDC2, CDK1 or p34 protein kinase. Rabbit anti-phosphorylated CDC2 antibody recognizes CDC2 only when phosphorylated at Tyr15.CDC2 is a serine kinase which plays an important role in the regulation of the cell cycle, mediating progression from G2 to M phase. Phosphorylation of tyrosine 15 results in inactivation of CDC2.|
|Preservative & Stabilisers||0.09% Sodium Azide; 0.01% Bovine Serum Albumin; 50% Glycerol|
|Storage||Store at +4℃ or at -20 ℃.|
|Precautions||Anti-CDC2 (pTyr15) Antibody is for research use only and not for use in diagnostic or therapeutic procedures.|
