|Application ||FC, E, IP|
|Purification||Purified IgG prepared by affinity chromatography on Protein G from tissue culture supernatant.|
|Shelf Life||18 months from date of despatch.|
|Target/Specificity||Mouse anti-Sheep CD41/CD61 antibody, clone CO.35E4 recognizes ruminant CD41/CD61, also known as GpIIb/IIIa. CD41/CD61 is a calcium-complex dependent heterodimer and is expressed almost exclusively on platelets and on their precursors, the megakaryocytes. This complex is an activation-dependent receptor for RGD (Arg-Gly-Asp)-containing glycoproteins such as fibrinogen, fibronectin, von Willebrand factor, thrombospondin and vitronectin. It plays a central role in platelet aggregation and haemostasis.|
|Preservative & Stabilisers||0.09% Sodium Azide|
|Storage||Store at +4℃ or at -20 ℃.|
|Precautions||Anti-Sheep CD41/CD61 Antibody, clone CO.35E4 is for research use only and not for use in diagnostic or therapeutic procedures.|
