|Application ||FC, CHIP, Func|
|Immunogen||Pig T lymphoblasts.|
|Shelf Life||18 months from date of despatch.|
|Target/Specificity||Rat anti-Pig CD2a, clone MAC83 recognizes pig CD2a, a single pass type 1 transmembrane protein of ~50 kDa. Porcine CD2 is a lymphocyte expressed cellular adhesion receptor, originally identified as a lymphocyte restricted sheep red blood cell receptor (Binnset al.1982).Porcine CD2, also known as LFA-2 interacts with its ligand CD58 also known as LFA-3 in a manner analogous to that seen in mice (Senet al.1989).Rat anti-Pig CD2a, clone MAC83 was clustered to CD2a at the first International Swine CD Workshop based on its cell distribution, antigen immunoprecipitation and its ability to completely inhibit the biding of another anti-porcine CD2a clone, MSA4 (Pescowitzet al.1994).|
|Preservative & Stabilisers||0.09% Sodium Azide|
|Storage||Store at +4℃ or at -20 ℃.|
