|Target/Specificity||Rat anti-Mouse CD44 antibody, clone KM201 recognizes the murine CD44 antigen, a glycoprotein of 80 to 95kD. This antibody stains subpopulations of cells from lymphoid tissues and bone marrow cultures as well as lymphoid cells. Staining of normal bone marrow cells reveals high and low density populations - consistent with published descriptions of Pgp-1 antibodies. Suitable in studies of lymphopoiesis and myelopoiesis.|
