|Target/Specificity||Mouse anti-Human CD94 antibody, clone HP-3B1 recognizes the humanNatural killer cells antigen CD94, also known as the Kp43 antigen, Killer cell lectin-like receptor subfamily D member 1 or NK cell receptor. CD94 is a 179 amino acid single pass type I transmembrane glycoprotein. which is expressed by NK cells and a subset of T lymphocytes.CD94 has been shown to exist in two forms, of molecular weight 39kD and 43kD. HP-3B1 binds to both forms of CD94.|
