(NC1.1 is a 45kDa cell surface antigen).Natural cytotoxic cells represent a small subset of cells with cytotoxic activity against certain tumor cells in functional assays. Mouse anti-Mouse NC1.1 antibody, clone IC4 has been shown to block substantially NC cells activity in vivoandin vitro.Mouse anti-Mouse NC1.1 antibody, clone IC4 recognizes the NC1.1 alloantigen in CBA, C57BL/6, BALB/c and NZB mice, but not in CE or DBA/2 mice.|
