Target/Specificity | Mouse anti-Pig CD45RC, clone MIL5 recognizes a restricted CD45 epitope encoded by the CD45 C exon and will bind and immunoprecipitate both the 210kDa RC and 226kDa RAC isoforms. The antibody has been reported to be suitable for detection of CD45RC in Western blots. MIL5, binds to an epitope alternative to that bound by clone MIL15, also against CD45RC differing in their ability to stain B cells in tissue sections (Zuckerman, F. A. et al. 2001). |
