Anti-Retinoblastoma Gene Protein (pThr356) Antibody, clone 7F10

  • WB - Anti-Retinoblastoma Gene Protein (pThr356) Antibody, clone 7F10 ABD11699
Western blot of recombinant RB. Human RB protein was purified from E. coli and either Mock phosphorylated (MOCK) or phosphorylated in vitro using recombinant Cyclin D1/ CDK4 complex (D1/K4) or Cyclin E/ CDK2 complex (E/K2). The blot was probed with ABD11699 recognizing Rb phosphorylated in residue T356. The blot was stripped and subsequently counter-probed with pan Rb antiserum

Target/Specificity Rat anti-phosphorylated human retinoblastoma associated protein, clone 7F10 recognises both human and mouse Retinablastoma protein protein only when it has been phosphorylated at the T356 residue. The antibody does not recognise non-phosphorylated Rb or Rb phosphorylated at other sites.Phosphorylation of the Rb protein at T356 is dependent upon cyclin-dependent kinase 4.
Preservative & Stabilisers 0.09% Sodium Azide
Storage Store at +4℃ or at -20 ℃.
PrecautionsAnti-Retinoblastoma Gene Protein (pThr356) Antibody, clone 7F10 is for research use only and not for use in diagnostic or therapeutic procedures.
