|Target/Specificity||Mouse anti-Human CD150 antibody, clone A12 recognizes human CD150, a 70 kDa cell surface glycoprotein also known as signalling lymphocytic activation molecule (SLAM). CD150 is constitutively expressed on CD45+ ve T-cells, immature thymocytes, a subpopulation of peripheral B-cells and dendritic cells. CD150 is rapidly upregulated in T-cells, B-cells and dendritic cells after activation. In addition to the membrane form of CD150, activated T and B cells also express mRNA encoding a secreted form of CD150.Mouse anti-Human CD150 antibody, clone A12 is reported to induce proliferation of pre-activated T cells (Cockset al.1995).|
