|Target/Specificity||Mouse anti-Human CD195 (pSer337) antibody, clone V14/2 recognizes human CD195 when phosphorylated at Ser 337. CD195 is a cell surface antigen of ~40 kDa, also known as CCR5 (Pollok-Koppet al.2003). Human CD195 is a member of the G protein coupled superfamily of receptors, which acts as a receptor for a number of chemokines including RANTES and also serves as a co-receptor for the entry of HIV into cells. It plays a key role in regulating the activation and migration of leukocytes. CD195 is expressed by a subset of T lymphocytes and by monocytes. Following ligand stimulation, CD195 is rapidly phosphorylated within the C-terminal domain. Mouse anti-Human CD195 (pSer337) antibody, clone V14/2 recognizes a band of ~40kDa on western blots of RBL-CCR5 cell lysates.|
