|Calculated MW||64666 Da|
|Purification||Antisera to human CIKS (NT) were raised by repeated immunisation of rabbits with highly purified antigen. Purified IgG was prepared from whole serum by affinity chromatography.|
|Immunogen||Synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 2 - 15 of human CIKS.|
|Shelf Life||18 months from date of despatch.|
|Other Names||Adapter protein CIKS, Connection to IKK and SAPK/JNK, Nuclear factor NF-kappa-B activator 1, ACT1, TRAF3-interacting protein 2, TRAF3IP2, C6orf2, C6orf4, C6orf5, C6orf6|
|Target/Specificity||Rabbit anti-HUman CIKS antibody recognizes an epitope within the N-terminal region of CIKS (for connection to IKK and SAPK/JNK), also known as Act 1. CIKS has been shown to interact directly with the regulatory subunit of I Kappa Kinase (IKK), resulting in the activation of NF kB.CIKS is ubiquitously expressed in human tissue. Rabbit anti-HUman CIKS antibody detects a band of ~63 kDa by Western blotting.|
|Preservative & Stabilisers||0.02% Sodium Azide|
|Storage||Store at +4℃ or at -20 ℃.|
|Precautions||Anti-Human CIKS (N-Terminal) Antibody is for research use only and not for use in diagnostic or therapeutic procedures.|
