|Purification||Purified IgG prepared by affinity chromatography on Protein G.|
|Immunogen||Mouse B cell lymphoma, 38C-14.|
|Shelf Life||18 months from date of despatch.|
|Other Names||L-selectin, CD62 antigen-like family member L, Leukocyte adhesion molecule 1, LAM-1, Leukocyte-endothelial cell adhesion molecule 1, LECAM1, Lymph node homing receptor, Lymphocyte antigen 22, Ly-22, Lymphocyte surface MEL-14 antigen, CD62L, Sell, Lnhr, Ly-22, Ly22|
|Target/Specificity||Rat anti-mouse CD62L, clone MEL-14, recognizesmouse L-selectin. L-selectin is an adhesion molecule expressed on most T and B lymphocytes, neutrophils, monocytes and eosinophils, (Fink, P. et al., 1985).Pre-incubation of lymphocytes with MEL-14 completely and specifically blocks binding of lymphocytes to high endothelial venules (HEV) in vitro and the migration of lymphocytes to lymph nodes in vivo(Gallatin, W. et al. 1983). Removal of sodium azide is recommended prior to using this clone in functional assays. AbD Serotec recommend a Slide-A-Lyzer® Dialysis Cassette for this purpose.|
|Preservative & Stabilisers||0.09% Sodium Azide|
|Storage||Store at +4℃ or at -20 ℃.|
|Precautions||Anti-Mouse CD62L Antibody, clone MEL-14 is for research use only and not for use in diagnostic or therapeutic procedures.|
