|Application ||FC, IP|
|Purification||Purified IgG prepared by affinity chromatography on Protein G.|
|Immunogen||Affinity purified murine T cell receptor.|
|Shelf Life||18 months from date of despatch.|
|Target/Specificity||Hamster anti-mouse TCR α/β, clone H57-597, recognises the β-chain of the murine α/β T cell receptor and does not show any reactivity to TCRγ/δ (Gascoigne, N., 1990).Clone H57-597 has been reported to activate T-cells in immobilised form (Kubo, R. et al., 1989) and has also been used for in vivo cell depletion (van der Heyde, H. et al., 1995andSkeen, M. & Ziegler, H., 1993). Removal of sodium azide is recommended prior to using this clone in functional assays. AbD Serotec recommend the Slide-A-Lyzer® Dialysis Cassette for this purpose.|
|Preservative & Stabilisers||0.09% Sodium Azide|
|Storage||Store at +4℃ or at -20 ℃.|
|Precautions||Anti-Mouse TCR alpha/beta beta Chain Antibody, clone H57-597 is for research use only and not for use in diagnostic or therapeutic procedures.|
