|Target/Specificity||Rat anti-Mouse CD357 antibody, clone YGITR765 recognizes mouse CD357, also known as glucocorticoid-induced tumour necrosis factor receptor (mGITR) or Tnrfsf18, a member of the tumour necrosis superfamily. Mouse CD357 is predominantly expressed by CD4+/CD25+ T regulatory cells and on CD4+/CD25- cells upon activation.Mouse GITR ligand (mGITRL) can bind to CD357 and neutralise the suppressive effects of CD4+CD25+ regulatory T cells. CD357 signalling can also enhance the proliferation of naïve and primed T cells, suggesting a key role for CD357 in the regulation of T cell-mediated immunity (Chattopadhyayet al.2008).|
