|Application ||WB, IHC-F, FC, E, Func|
|Calculated MW||87528 Da|
|Purification||Antisera to human CD144 were raised by repeated immunisation of rabbits with highly purified antigen. Purified IgG was prepared from whole serum by affinity chromatography.|
|Immunogen||Recombinant protein fragments corresponding to amino acids 1-258 of VE-cadherin.|
|Shelf Life||18 months from date of despatch.|
|Other Names||Cadherin-5, 7B4 antigen, Vascular endothelial cadherin, VE-cadherin, CD144, CDH5|
|Target/Specificity||Rabbit anti-Human CD144 antibody recognizes human CD144, also known as VE-cadherin. CD144 is a ~130 KDa cell surface glycoprotein expressed by endothelial cells. Rabbit anti-Human CD144 antibody does not cross react with N-cadherin, which is also expressed by endothelial cells. Rabbit anti-Human CD144 antibody is reported to block adhesive properties of VE-cadherin (Gulino, D. et al.1998).|
|Preservative & Stabilisers||Preservative Free|
|Storage||Store at -20℃ only.|
|Precautions||Anti-Human CD144 Antibody is for research use only and not for use in diagnostic or therapeutic procedures.|
