|Target/Specificity||Mouse anti Human CD14 antibody, clone 61D3 recognizes human CD14, otherwise known as monocyte differentiation antigen. It is a ~40 kDa protein found on cell surfaces, particularly macrophages. CD14 acts as a co-receptor (along with the Toll-like receptor TLR 4 and MD-2) to mediate the innate immune response to bacterial lipopolysaccharide.|
