|Application ||WB, E|
|Preparation||Produced in Sprague Dawley rats using highly pure (>98%) recombinant murine EGF as the immunizing antigen. This IgG2AK antibody was purified from cell culture by Protein G affinity chromatography.|
|WesternBlot||To detect mEGF by Western Blot analysis this antibody can be used at a concentration of 2.0-4.0 µg/ml. Used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents the detection limit for recombinant mEGF is 0.25-0.50 ng/lane under non-reducing conditions and 10.0-15.0 ng/lane under reducing conditions.|
|Sandwich||In a sandwich ELISA (assuming 100µl/well), a concentration of 2.0-4.0 µg/ml of this antibody will detect at least 100 pg/ml of recombinant murine EGF when used with BioGems' biotinylated antigen affinity purified anti-murine EGF (61-063BT) as the detection antibody at a concentration of approximately 1.0-2.0 µg/ml.|
|Formulation||A sterile filtered antibody solution was lyophilized from PBS.|
|Reconstitution||Centrifuge vial prior to opening. Reconstitute in sterile water to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/ml.|
|Precautions||Anti-Murine EGF Antibody is for research use only and not for use in diagnostic or therapeutic procedures.|
