|Preparation||Produced in mice using highly pure recombinant Human IL-3 as the immunizing antigen. This antibody was purified from tissue culture supernatant by Protein G affinity chromatography.|
|WesternBlot||To detect Human IL-3 by Western Blot analysis this antibody can be used at a concentration of 0.25-0.50 μg/ml. When used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents, the detection limit for recombinant Human IL-3 is 0.50-1.0 ng/lane, under reducing conditions and 2.0-4.0 ng/lane, under non-reducing conditions.|
|Sandwich||In a sandwich ELISA (assuming 100μl/well), a concentration of 4.0-8.0 μg/ml of this antibody will detect at least 500 pg/ml of recombinant Human IL-3 when used with BioGems' Biotinylated Antigen Affinity Purified Anti-Human IL-3 (60-003BT) as the detection antibody at a concentration of approximately 0.50-1.0 μg/ml.|
|Neutralization||To yield one-half maximal inhibition [ND50] of the biological activity of Human IL-3 (1.0 ng/ml), a concentration of 0.007-0.010 μg/ml of this antibody is required.|
|Formulation||A sterile filtered antibody solution was lyophilized from PBS.|
|Reconstitution||Centrifuge vial prior to opening. Reconstitute in sterile water to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/ml.|
