Application
| WB, E |
---|---|
Reactivity | Human |
Host | Rabbit |
Clonality | Polyclonal |
Preparation | Produced from sera of rabbits pre-immunized with highly pure recombinant Human IL-7. Anti-Human IL-7 specific antibody was purified by affinity chromatography and then biotinylated. |
---|---|
WesternBlot | To detect Human IL-7 by Western Blot analysis this antibody can be used at a concentration of 0.1 - 0.2 µg/ml. When used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents, the detection limit for recombinant hIL-7 is 1.5 - 3.0 ng/lane, under either reducing or non-reducing conditions. |
Sandwich | To detect Human IL-7 by sandwich ELISA (using 100 μl/well antibody solution) a concentration of 0.25 – 1.0 μg/ml of this antibody is required. This biotinylated polyclonal antibody, in conjunction with BioGems' Polyclonal Anti-Human IL-7 (60-007P) as a capture antibody, allows the detection of at least 0.2 – 0.4 ng/well of recombinant Human IL-7. |
Direct | To detect Human IL-7 by direct ELISA (using 100 μl/well antibody solution) a concentration of 0.25 – 1.0 μg/ml of this antibody is required. This biotinylated polyclonal antibody, in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents, allows the detection of at least 0.2 – 0.4 ng/well of recombinant Human IL-7. |
Formulation | A sterile filtered antibody solution was lyophilized from PBS, pH 7.2. |
Reconstitution | Centrifuge vial prior to opening. Reconstitute in sterile PBS containing 0.1% BSA to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/ml. |
Storage | -20°C |
Precautions | Biotinylated Anti-Human IL-7 Antibody is for research use only and not for use in diagnostic or therapeutic procedures. |
