WesternBlot | To detect Human IP-10 by Western Blot analysis this antibody can be used at a concentration of 0.25-0.50 μg/ml (non-reducing) or at a concentration of 1.0-2.0 μg/ml (reducing). When used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents the detection limit for recombinant Human IP-10 is 0.20-0.40 ng/lane under non-reducing conditions and 2.00-4.00 ng/lane under reducing conditions. |
Sandwich | In a sandwich ELISA (assuming 100 μl/well), a concentration of 1.0-2.0 μg/ml of this antibody will detect at least 1000 pg/ml of recombinant Human IP-10 when used with BioGems' Biotinylated Antigen Affinity Purified anti-Human IP-10 (60-196BT) as the detection antibody at a concentration of approximately 0.25 μg/ml. |
