|Preparation||Produced in mice using highly pure recombinant human β-NGF as the immunizing antigen. This IgG2bK antibody was purified from cell culture by Protein G affinity chromatography.|
|WesternBlot||To detect Human β-NGF by Western Blot analysis this antibody can be used at a concentration of 4.0-8.0 µg/ml. When used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents, the detection limit for recombinant Human β-NGF is 4.0-8.0 ng/lane, under reducing or non-reducing conditions.|
|Sandwich||In a sandwich ELISA (assuming 100µl/well), a concentration of 2.0-4.0 µg/ml of this antibody will detect at least 200 pg/ml of recombinant Human β-NGF when used with BioGems' biotinylated antigen affinity purified anti-Human β-NGF (60-247BT) as the detection antibody at a concentration of approximately 0.5-1.0 µg/ml.|
|Immunohistochemistry||This antibody stained formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded sections of human pancreas adenocarcinoma. The recommended concentration is 2.5 µg/mL with an overnight incubation at 4˚C. An HRP-labeled polymer detection system was used with a DAB chromogen. Heat induced antigen retrieval with a pH 9.0 buffer is recommended. See photo(s). Optimal concentrations and conditions may vary. |
