Background
OX40 is also known as CD134 is a member of the tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily (TNFR). OX40 plays an important role in CD4+ and CD8+T-cells and B-cells response. Binding of OX40 to its ligand, OX40L provides co-stimulatory signal to effector T-cells without CD28 activation.
