|Target/Specificity||KIF2A plus end-directed microtubule-dependent motor is required for normal brain development. KIF2A may regulate microtubule dynamics during axonal growth and has microtubule depolymerization activity. The protein is implicated in formation of bipolar mitotic spindles.
