|Application ||WB, IHC, FC, ICC, E|
|Description||This gene encodes a protein which is a member of the small GTPase protein superfamily. The encoded protein binds only GTP but has no GTPase activity, and appears to act as a negative regulator of cytoskeletal organization leading to loss of adhesion. Multiple alternatively spliced variants, encoding the same protein, have been identified.|
|Immunogen||Purified recombinant fragment of human RND3 (AA: 104-241) expressed in E. Coli.|
|Formulation||Purified antibody in PBS with 0.05% sodium azide|
|Other Names||Rho-related GTP-binding protein RhoE, Protein MemB, Rho family GTPase 3, Rho-related GTP-binding protein Rho8, Rnd3, RND3, ARHE, RHO8, RHOE|

IF~~1/200 - 1/1000
FC~~1/200 - 1/400
IHC~~1/200 - 1/1000
|Storage||Maintain refrigerated at 2-8°C for up to 6 months. For long term storage store at -20°C in small aliquots to prevent freeze-thaw cycles.|
|Precautions||RND3 Antibody is for research use only and not for use in diagnostic or therapeutic procedures.|
|Synonyms||ARHE, RHO8, RHOE|
|Function||Binds GTP but lacks intrinsic GTPase activity and is resistant to Rho-specific GTPase-activating proteins.|
