|Predicted||Bovine, Mouse, Rat|
|Calculated MW||28377 Da|
|Antigen Region||131-160 aa|
|Other Names||CTD nuclear envelope phosphatase 1, Serine/threonine-protein phosphatase dullard, CTDNEP1, DULLARD|
|Target/Specificity||This DULLARD antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 131-160 amino acids from the Central region of human DULLARD.|
|Format||Purified polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is purified through a protein A column, followed by peptide affinity purification.|
|Storage||Maintain refrigerated at 2-8°C for up to 2 weeks. For long term storage store at -20°C in small aliquots to prevent freeze-thaw cycles.|
|Precautions||DULLARD Antibody (Center) is for research use only and not for use in diagnostic or therapeutic procedures.|
|Function||Serine/threonine protein phosphatase forming with CNEP1R1 an active phosphatase complex that dephosphorylates and may activate LPIN1 and LPIN2. LPIN1 and LPIN2 are phosphatidate phosphatases that catalyze the conversion of phosphatidic acid to diacylglycerol and control the metabolism of fatty acids at differents levels. May indirectly modulate the lipid composition of nuclear and/or endoplasmic reticulum membranes and be required for proper nuclear membrane morphology and/or dynamics. May also indirectly regulate the production of lipid droplets and triacylglycerol. May antagonize BMP signaling.|
|Cellular Location||Endoplasmic reticulum membrane; Single-pass membrane protein. Nucleus membrane; Single-pass membrane protein|
|Tissue Location||Muscle specific with lower expression in other metabolic tissues.|
