DULLARD Antibody (Center)

Peptide Affinity Purified Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody (Pab)

  • WB - DULLARD Antibody (Center) AP12805c
DULLARD Antibody (Center) (Cat. #AP12805c) western blot analysis in Jurkat cell line lysates (35ug/lane).This demonstrates the DULLARD antibody detected the DULLARD protein (arrow).
  • IHC-P - DULLARD Antibody (Center) AP12805c
DULLARD Antibdy (Center) (Cat. #AP12805c)immunohistochemistry analysis in formalin fixed and paraffin embedded human stomach tissue followed by peroxidase conjugation of the secondary antibody and DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of DULLARD Antibdy (Center) for immunohistochemistry. Clinical relevance has not been evaluated.
  • FC - DULLARD Antibody (Center) AP12805c
DULLARD Antibody (Center) (Cat. #AP12805c) flow cytometric analysis of Jurkat cells (right histogram) compared to a negative control cell (left histogram).FITC-conjugated donkey-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.

Protein Information
Synonyms DULLARD
Function Serine/threonine protein phosphatase forming with CNEP1R1 an active phosphatase complex that dephosphorylates and may activate LPIN1 and LPIN2. LPIN1 and LPIN2 are phosphatidate phosphatases that catalyze the conversion of phosphatidic acid to diacylglycerol and control the metabolism of fatty acids at differents levels. May indirectly modulate the lipid composition of nuclear and/or endoplasmic reticulum membranes and be required for proper nuclear membrane morphology and/or dynamics. May also indirectly regulate the production of lipid droplets and triacylglycerol. May antagonize BMP signaling.
Cellular Location Endoplasmic reticulum membrane; Single-pass membrane protein. Nucleus membrane; Single-pass membrane protein
Tissue Location Muscle specific with lower expression in other metabolic tissues.
