|Reactivity||Human, Mouse, Rat|
|Calculated MW||54627 Da|
|Antigen Region||14-44 aa|
|Other Names||Transcription factor CP2-like protein 1, CP2-related transcriptional repressor 1, CRTR-1, Transcription factor LBP-9, TFCP2L1, CRTR1, LBP9|
|Target/Specificity||This CRTRT1 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 14-44 amino acids from the N-terminal region of human CRTRT1.|
|Format||Purified polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is purified through a protein A column, followed by peptide affinity purification.|
|Storage||Maintain refrigerated at 2-8°C for up to 2 weeks. For long term storage store at -20°C in small aliquots to prevent freeze-thaw cycles.|
|Precautions||CRTRT1 Antibody (N-term) is for research use only and not for use in diagnostic or therapeutic procedures.|
|Function||Transcriptional suppressor. May suppress UBP1-mediated transcriptional activation. Required for normal duct development in the salivary gland and kidney (By similarity). Modulates the placental expression of CYP11A1.|
|Tissue Location||Highly expressed in placental JEG-3 cells and very low levels of expression in non-steroidogenic cells. No expression was seen in adrenal NCI-H295A cells or in adrenal tissue.|
