  • IHC-P - FABP3 Antibody AP20623b
Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded H. heart section using FABP3(Cat#AP20623b). AP20623b was diluted at 1:25 dilution. A peroxidase-conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG at 1:400 dilution was used as the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining.
  • FC - FABP3 Antibody AP20623b
Flow cytometric analysis of HepG2 cells using FABP3(green, Cat#AP20623b) compared to an isotype control of rabbit IgG(blue). AP20623b was diluted at 1:25 dilution. An Alexa Fluor® 488 goat anti-rabbit lgG at 1:400 dilution was used as the secondary antibody.
  • IHC-P - FABP3 Antibody AP20623b
Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded M. heart section using FABP3(Cat#AP20623b). AP20623b was diluted at 1:25 dilution. A peroxidase-conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG at 1:400 dilution was used as the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining.
  • WB - FABP3 Antibody AP20623b
Western blot analysis of lysates from human heart and skeletal muscle tissue lysate(from left to right), using FABP3 Antibody(Cat. #AP20623b). AP20623b was diluted at 1:1000 at each lane. A goat anti-rabbit IgG H&L(HRP) at 1:5000 dilution was used as the secondary antibody. Lysates at 35ug per lane.
