    Western blot analysis of lysates from A549, HepG2, MCF-7, MDA-MB-468, rat PC-12, SK-BR-3 cell line and mouse brain tissue lysate(from left to right), using SERBP1 Antibody (Center)(Cat. #AP20793c). AP20793c was diluted at 1:1000 at each lane. A goat anti-rabbit IgG H&L(HRP) at 1:10000 dilution was used as the secondary antibody. Lysates at 35ug per lane.

Target/Specificity This SERBP1 antibody is generated from a rabbit immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 149-183 amino acids from the Central region of human SERBP1.
